Today we had brand new carpet installed in our loft. The previous renter had dogs that used the master closet as a loo. It was a pain not being able to move anything up on the second floor. We are slowwwly getting our things over there.

Today I got in about an hour of sun at the beach before the fog came in and took it all away. The bathrooms at the beach are rather institutional.

Today we picked up the keys for our new live/work so we can comfortably live/work while our house remodel gets finished. Yay!

Part of my first attempts to just start shooting again. I've been trying to find an eloquent solution to carry multiple cameras and be low-key and fashionable all at the same time. So far, no luck. In a perfect world, I would carry my DSLR, my SLR, my SX-70, my Holga, and all my lenses in a cute little bag that weighs 3lbs. In all seriousness I do need an undercover bag to carry my SLRs for an upcoming documentary photo story that I am working on in collaboration with Public Health and the SFFD.

So much to do, so little time. We are moving out of our sublet back into our house and then into another live/work on the first - right before my first annual 29th birthday.

What happens when you leave us waiting.

A shot from the beginning of my documentation of one of the last open spaces in my neighborhood. The land was once a wood mill, but since I've lived here it has been an open lot with stairways to nowhere. I've been wandering about it and wondering what it will become.

One of my main routes to school is up Leavenworth to Chestnut. Apartments are a plenty.

On my way downtown, headed up 6th just before Market.

I wonder how many people when upon using their new MacBook or MacBook Pro immediately click on the new icon for Photo Booth and proceed to take goofy photos.
