Yesterdays rally was great fun until I happened to be the one to go down in the middle of an intersection. I am OK, just a little swollen and bruised, and bummed out I didn't get to finish the rally. My ego is battered a little, too. I am a solid SF daily rider with years of experience - not the silly girl who takes the fall in a rally. My clutch lever broke in half and I was about a half a mile from home, so I headed that way. It was great to have friends Jay and Amanda out there for their first rally - even though I think I freaked them out with the accident. Amanda has a new ET4 with a sweet color combo. The green Tourismo next to my P in this photo had a really sweet camera setup; onboard navigation recording onto a Sony Handicam in the gloveblox. I wonder if the driver got any footage of my fall... I took more photos with my Diana and Holga to be developed when I am better from surgery, and Jay has a great set.
